Alef launches Hamsa 2 residential tower in Al Mamsha Sharjah

Sharjah’s leading real estate developer, Alef, has announced the official launch of Hamsa 2, the second residential building in the Hamsa neighbourhood at Al Mamsha.

Hamsa 2 comprises 150 residential units distributed across eight floors, offering a diverse range of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments. Designed for modern lifestyles, the units cater to young professionals, families, and investors seeking high-quality living in a prime location.

The new building is designed to maximise comfort, space, and natural light, with smart layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, and large balconies. With Hamsa 2 now complete, the neighbourhood consists of two out of the planned three buildings.
